Receive continuous support and mentorship from Applied Sport Psychology students in the FLOW program (Following a Lifestyle Of Wellness). One-on-one sessions will offer accountability and encouragement. Additionally, you will develop an individual exit plan to ensure your progress continues, even after you graduate the program!
